Going into it’s 4th year, Creative Culinaire is proud to once again launch our Junior Chef competition 2017! This competition is open to boys and girls aged from 7 to 16, that aims to discover Singapore's young cooking and baking talents! Conducted by Chef Judy Koh and her team of chef instructors, participants will get an opportunity to unleash and discover their inner talents, develop their baking and skills, all while having fun. The winners of each categories will stand a chance to win $1000 worth of cash, prizes and vouchers.

Going into it’s 4th year, Creative Culinaire is proud to once again launch our Junior Chef competition 2017! This competition is open to boys and girls aged from 7 to 16, that aims to discover Singapore’s young cooking and baking talents! For the first time, 2 new categories (with 2 age groups) will be introduced: Cookout (7-11y/o & 12-16y/o) and Bake-of (7-11y/o & 12-16y/o). Participants will attend our boot camps conducted a week before the competition to hone their skills, develop recipes and gain inspiration.

Conducted by Chef Judy Koh and her team of chef instructors, participants will get an opportunity to unleash and discover their inner talents, develop their baking and skills, all while having fun. The winners of each categories will stand a chance to win $1000 worth of cash, prizes and vouchers. A panel of 5 Judges will be made up of Industry leaders who will score and award the coveted title of Creative Culinaire Junior Master Chef to a winner from each category – winners stand to win prizes worth over $1000.

Competition Details:

Date: 3rd Dec, 10am to 6pm

Participants will prepare 1 cake and 1 bread featuring a prescribed ingredient provided to them during registration on the day of the competition. First 2 hours of the day will be allocated as mis-en-place. Duration of actual competition is 4 hours.

*No pork or lard is used

Baking Bootcamp:

Date: 30th Nov & 1 Dec, 1:30pm to 6:30pm

Participants will learn to prepare and make

  • 2 types of cakes: 1 sponge cake, 1 butter cake
  • 2 types of breads: 1 soft bun/loaf, 1 pizza

*Fees includes Lunch, Refreshments (Competition Day) and Goodie bag (Worth more than $200!)
