In line with our efforts to promote our local heritage and traditional confectionaries, join Chef Judy and her team as they take you down memory lane and explore the art of making traditional Kuehs. Learn to make Kueh Salat—a double layered steam kueh with fragrant glutinous rice layer and a rich pandan kaya layer, Kueh Dadar—Pandan Crepe layer with fragrant and rich coconut filling, and Steamed Lapis—multi coloured layers of kueh.
