Learn the art of preparing the delicious turnip filling and encase it in a soft and slightly chewy translucent skin. You will also be taught how to make the scrumptious chili sauce that goes with it.
- Png Kueh
These cheerful looking, Techeow pink kueh enclose a tasty glutinous rice filling. Serve with sweet black sauce, they make a delicious Asian breakfast.
- Chwee Kueh
This is a hawker favourite, served with a fragrant topping of a preserved radish cooked the traditional way.
