For the first time in Singapore, join Chef Balazs Enzsol in this 2 Full Day Masterclass – Chocolate Works and Chocolate Sculptures! Chef Enzsol is known in the Pastry world for creating delicate and intricate masterpieces that are delicious and aesthetically stunning - cakes and pastries, chocolates and chocolate sculptures. In this masterclass, Chef Enzsol will be sharing many techniques used for Chocolate Works and Chocolate Sculptures, and including theory on Chocolate. You will be having a hands-on experience on building forms, chocolate tempering, and painting of chocolates in this class. Composing Chocolate sculptures will also be covered in this masterclass! Chef Enzsol is based in Barcelona, and was previously working at one Michelin-starred restaurant Hoja Santa with Chef Albert Adrià. Chef Enzsol is now working as a consultant worldwide, and also travels around the world to share his knowledge through masterclasses. Join us today for this exclusive Masterclass!
