This is a most interesting class where you will learn a Japanese method of making bread called “Tang zhong” where flour is cooked and incorporated into the dough to increase moistness and softness naturally! Make bread with Chef Judy, who has been trained in Japan as well, for a most enjoyable and informative session. Learn about ingredients used in Japanese bakery and how to decorate the breads attractively. The lesson includes how to prepare and cook the Japanese filling!
