Explore the secrets of making Japanese inspired cakes with Creative Culinaire with Japanese Cake Series. In the first instalment of our Japanese Cake Series, you will learn to make a traditional Mousse Cake with a citrus twist; Yuzu, and get ready for the “softest” cake in Japan; the Hokkaido Cake. Getting her inspiration from working with Japanese Chefs and bakeries in Japan, our Principal and Executive Chef Judy Koh has since formulated recipes that use readily available ingredients and appeal to our local tastebuds!
