  • Learn how to make different design and filling
  • Learn how to make different textures, ganache; jam; marshmallow; ice cream
  • Learn how to make new process and technique

Day 2: Pastry Gluten Free: 10am – 1pm

What to expect:

  • Learn how to make different biscuit base gluten free / almonds, chocolate, savory cake and reim cake.
  • Learn how to use new process and technique to the make the base faster.
  • You will also learn how to make cream and mousse with different texture.
