With over 40 years of experience in the industry, Master Baker Chef Dominque Genty will be conducting an exclusive 1 Day Pastry Masterclass at Creative Culinaire the School. Master Baker Chef Dominique Genty’s outstanding acheivements include being the 2000 and 2004 finalist at the prestigious MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France), where the best craftsman in France are being recognised. Over his career, Chef Dominique has held various training positions, and since 1994, was the trainer and subsequently the master trainer and technical advisor for Grand Moulins de Paris (a French Flour Milling company since 1929). A passionate and well-respected trainer in Europe and Asia, Chef Dominique is now a consultant and trainer around the world – most notably, is currently the coach for the China’s National Bakery Team. Join Chef Dominique as he shares with you the techniques and secrets of creating delicious breads.
