About Creative Culinaire

Creative Culinaire the School was set-up in May 2000 under the leadership of Principal and Executive Chef Judy Koh.

Creative Culinaire aims to spread the love of baking; both the act and its rewards. With a fully equipped commercial kitchen studio, we offer baking and cooking classes that cater to all skill levels from beginners to professionals. With a wide selection of classes to choose from, one can explore the intricacies of cake making and decoration, science and mathematics behind creating a delicious pastry and bread, and a chance to engage and learn from leading industry experts and celebrity chefs from around the world.

Creative Culinaire the School has 2 franchisees in Jakarta and Bali, and have plans to establish ourselves in the South-East Asian market. With our wide selection of baking and cooking classes (Western and Asian), students have the opportunity to engage in hands-on learning. Being proud of our diverse heritage and embracing local traditional favourites and flavours, our baking and cooking classes are a testament to this – cooking classes that explore the traditional dim sums, to baking classes that use Gula Melaka to create a western-styled mousse cake.

With a wide range of choices from Western to Asian cooking and baking courses, our classes are specially designed to use local and readily available ingredients to create your masterpiece. We also conduct private and customised classes, external events and demonstrations, team-building sessions, and consultation services.
